This workshop is an introduction to wild fermented greens such as classic sauerkraut , fermented whole veggies in brine and other good stuff that is easy to ferment at home.
We will talk about flavors and textures, health and digestion. We will also test and discuss other fermented goods - such as - fermented honey, different kinds of vinegars, kombucha and water kefirs.
At the end everyone will make their own saurkraut jar to bring to home.
During the workshop there will be a snack and a glass of wine, tea or coffee.
